6. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page.
7. Once verified you'll be logged in and ready to shop!

How to Buy Products

Shopping on Starlux is quick and easy

1. Log in to your account.
2. Search or browse categories to find your product.
3. Click the product to view details and images.
4. Select quantity and click "Add to Cart".
5. Go to cart and click "Proceed to Checkout".
6. Fill in your delivery address and phone number.
7. Select payment method and click "Place Order".
8. You'll receive an order number on confirmation.

How to Track Your Order

Stay updated on your delivery

1. After placing your order you'll receive an order number.
2. Click the order number to copy it automatically.
3. Send it via WhatsApp to +254 742 200177 for a status update.
4. Our team will confirm details and estimated delivery time.

4. Submit your application.
5. We review within 24 hours and notify you.
